Navigate to a business page and click the Write a Review button. You must be logged in to leave a review.
Can I edit or delete my review?
Yes. Go to the business page, find your review, and use the edit or delete options. You can only edit or delete your own reviews.
How does the trust score work?
Trust points are earned by contributing authentic reviews, receiving helpful votes, and verifying your account. Higher trust scores unlock credibility badges displayed on your profile and reviews.
How do I claim a business?
If you own a business listed on Launchbunch, log in and visit your dashboard. Use the Claim Business option to verify ownership.
What is the AI summary on business pages?
Launchbunch uses AI to summarize reviews into a concise overview with pros and cons. This helps you quickly understand what people are saying about a business.
How does voting on community posts work?
Registered users can upvote or downvote posts and comments. Votes help surface the most useful content to the community.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Use the report button on the review or post, or email support@launchbunch.com.

Yes, Launchbunch is free for all users. Business owners can access additional features through optional paid plans.
